I'm Michell, a dedicated and experienced therapist with a deep-rooted passion for social work. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate specializing in individual, couples, and family therapy. With over 20 years of experience, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals facing severe mental health challenges, trauma, and addictions. My approach integrates various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and dialectical behavior therapy, to provide tailored care that meets each client’s unique needs.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and a Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling, Trauma, and Addiction. My extensive background equips me with the skills and knowledge to help clients navigate their healing journey, fostering growth and resilience along the way.
